There is a small section of mdf that has rotten out due to water damage under the kitchen sink. This needs to be repaired or something put in to reinforce the area so that the sink mixer can be tightened and functions properly

Shower mixer tap is dripping. I believe it needs the cartridge replaced, but the grub screw on the handle may be a bit stuck, Allen key removal is not working. Our standard, single lever, mixer kitchen tap needs to be replaced. The spout section is sticking to the lever section when it swivels instead of acting independently as it's designed to.
