I've overtightened the mixer tap when I replaced the internal cartridge. Now it won't pull apart. I can't get it to move separately to disassemble it AGAIN and find out why the base is still leaking when I use the tap.

A tap mixer hose from ikea got a small hole in it and is now leaking. I bought a new set from ikea to replace it with and just need someone to install.

3 downpipes will need to be reconnected to the stormwater drain. 2 of them were previously connected, but I disconnected them to reroute the water to the garden. 1 downpipe is relatively new, so that has never been connected to the stormwater drain previously.
