Cistern sounds like it's constantly slowly filling. Description from the tenant: toilet being flushed and what its doing after, it fills as far as it should, then it leaks to a point where it keeps trying to fill itself, it either sounds like it's continually trying to fill or it tries to fill then stops and goes on a cycle of doing that every 3-5 mins.
