The bathroom at the 2nd floor probably is leaking, because I saw the ceiling at the first floor has watermark. Need to have this done before it become worse.

Decloging kitchen sink pipe, cutlery stuck

Looking for someone to supply and fit flashing to stop water from leaking down the lintel beams of my pergola. The current sheets have been run too short causing water leaks. The pergola is approximately 6 meters long.

I need a 2 light bulbs purchased and changed, a washer in the kitchen sink tap changed and the kitchen sink tap fitting changed. I don't have any of the items required to complete the tasks, so I would need you to supply them.

we seem to have a nightly leak from the roof into our back yard. Seems to be something to do with the solar hot water maybe? Its a double story house.

Would someone please be able to come and connect our dishwasher to this valve? Pipe will need to be turned so that we can connect dishwasher hose. Pipe also missing handle and I’ve been told by a plumber friend that once the dishwasher is connected, we can turn the handle with a shifter to turn the water on. Would someone please be able to come and help, especially if you are close by? Thank you so much.
