There is some leakage due to the drainage pipes not being aligned tightened enough. Need a plumber to realign/tighten to ensure no further leaking when using the sink

The hot water system at our home is out and has no pressure. I’ve attempted to relieve the pressure valve which has worked in the past but has been unsuccessful this time around. The solar thermometer has never been connected and has never been an issue with producing hot water. We now have no pressure and no hot water. We’d love to get an understanding as to what’s happening and if there is a larger root cause or if it’s a quick fix. Definitely requires a quote and I’m willing to pay what’s required to get it sorted.

Fridge temperature not accurate, ice machine doesn’t work. Fridge is about 10 years old. The ice machine function sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, it is currently not connected to water but when it was the fridge would make ice randomly sometimes every few months. Fridge Temperature fix is main concern.
