Either hole can be closed up with plaster (if this is going to fix the smell) or tiles need to be broken so water and mould can be cleaned from inside.

I have a kitchen in need of a renovation so am seeking quotes to begin with. Benchtop and cabinets need to be replaced. Sink/tap can be reused as well as gas stovetop/exhaust. Attached images is the current layout. And dimensions are approx only. I am fine if you want to keep the existing layout if any of the foundations are required. Note this is a fairly old house so I am after a basic kitchen (laminate benchtop is fine). Only reasonable offers will be considered and am looking for completion within 2 weeks. Before when I need to change water, i just need turn on “water in “ and water can come in. But now "water in " not work anymore .so I hav to use another water pump to pump it in. & 1 more problem is leaking pipe

There is a leak my neighbour's backyard which looks like sewage water and he thinks the source are some pipes in my backyard. I need someone to check the source of the leak and fix. It may inbolve inserting a camera to find the leak.

The 1st tap is leaking and I think the whole tap needs replacing. The 2nd tap may need replacement from the around the elbow.

Need someone to help put a shower tap back onto the wall, (water is continuously running) might need to go to Bunnings and get a washer or bring one. Maybe even need taps and a shower head depending on what you suggest.
