Alex is the guy. It was a tricky job with soap holder and Vanity (so tight). Alex did a great job. He spent another 20 mins going through our new build and advising what to look out for. Thanks Alex.

Sink pipe is leaking. It’s coming from where the pipe connects to the sink, the yellow glue area in the photos. I believe it needs to be glued again but happy to take advice and price guidance depending on the work needed.
