Hi, kitchen drain isn't draining properly, sometimes fills the sink 1-2cm and then drains later, dishwasher not draining too.

My toilet is constantly slowly dripping (1 drip every 5-ish seconds) from the cistern into the bowl. Normally, I would fix this myself by investigating the cistern setup. However, I have a toilet setup where the bowl protrudes from a wall and is raised from the ground. I don't know how it's plumbed, and I don't want to poke around myself unless I break something. Looking for a plumber/handyman who is familiar with this kind of mounting and can remedy. Please don't apply unless you have seen a toilet mounted like this before :)

Plumber needed. There are two separate tasks. First one is to fix a leaking bath tub tap, likely needs the washer replaced. The second one is to fix an issue with the toilet. The toilet water level is rising when flushed, water not flushing smoothly, occasionally some little bubbles showing as the water level goes back down. Seems potentially a bit blocked up. I have two bathrooms that are almost identical. I would like to replace the sinks in both these bathrooms with new double sink wall hung vanity. I already have the vanities, mixer tap, etc. The wall is concrete/brick and so does not need reinforcing. The plumbing will certainly need some work to fit the new vanities. Picture 1. Sinks with no vanity is what it looks like currently. Picture 2. Vanity that needs to be installed.
