Hi, we are adding 1 x double bowl sink into a shop so chasing a plumber to do a list of items below. Install a 25ltr hot water unit in the ceiling above sink. Hot water unit + tray provided. Brackets will be installed on the wall ready to go. Bring down hot and cold to new sink location. Approx3.6m down from ceiling. There is an existing waterline we installed during the fitout that was never connected. It requires each end fit off. You will need to add 1 x T from existing water line. So 1 end is next to mains water supply coming into the shop and then travel 20m to the hot water unit in roof space. The pipe is Rehau 20mm pipe. Install waste for 2 x sinks. There is an existing floor waste we can use approx 7m from the sink. ( if fall can not be achieved we have a macerator pump) this pipe will just run along the wall and be surface mounted. Please make offer for 8 hours and no Materials this can be sorted out same day as install or we can supply, ( hot water system and tray already on site )

We can hear some water leaking in being and the gutter drain but we don't know where the leak is coming from.

Hi all, I have got this broken storm water pipe fixed through a plumber but he failed to do his job properly and the joint was not align from one side. Now builder is wanting to get CCTV footages to confirm that the storm water pipe is realign and no any issue. What I need now that the plumber check the storm water pipe first with CCTV and provide a detailed report and footages. If there is any realign work involved then needs to be fixed and provide certificate.

Laminate bench top to be cut to size to fit single/double bowl sink and tap.
