My front garden doesn't have a tap and I'd like to install one

Need to change the tap caps. cause water leaking from my bathroom sink and kitchen sink. And my kitchen sink water is getting drained slowly. I need to fix that issue as well.

Plumber required to assess for install of equipment in commercial kitchen

Kitchen tap running water tastes funny. Not zip tap

Change hot and cold taps (see photos of old hot water tap) - I have new tapware (see photo - hopefully they will fit) Grout around sink - see second old tap photo. I do not have any grout - please supply. Please note it is an apartment and that there is only onstreet parking. No off street parking. I need a duo-valve replaced by a licensed plumber. The valve is in a tricky location - situated between a wall and the water tank. The distance between the wall and the water tank is 21cm. Please see photo of location, and a close-up photo of the valve.

Need to replace my kitchen tap to a pullout sink mixer. Address: Darlinghurst P.S. it’s an old building, hence I believe the setup under the sink is very old school too. Thought of DIY but I don’t wanna ruin anything by trying, hence looking for a licensed professional/plumber to assist. Small kitchen mixer is loose at the base, pipe connections are fine. Just need the base to be tightened. Also would like a long antenna cable to be cut and shortened. Time to be co-ordinated with tenant.

Our wall mounted toilet flush is not working. One button is not working at all, and the left hand side is also now playing up. Fix or replace flush

Blocked sewer need unblocking

A new kitchen is being installed the day before and the sink needs to be re-connected. It’s a like for like kitchen set up and sink placement. (Pic of the old kitchen and a mock up of the new one attached) A floor standing bathroom vanity unit needs to be replaced. It’s an identical replacement. The new unit will be waiting in the apartment. The old unit and any rubbish from the new unit needs to be removed and disposed. (Pic of the current vanity attached) The shower taps needs to be replaced. We will supply these so they just need to be replaced. The job has to be done on Wednesday 14 August. I have a tradesman parking permit for the day.

Tap in my bathroom that has not been used in a while is not turning off. Needs to be turned off.
