Find an experienced plumber in Darlinghurst

We have two toilets that need some help from a plumber! Toilet 1 (see photos) has no leaking issue but it intermittently does not re-fill easily(or at all) after a flush. Toilet 2 (see photos) has been operating fine since we moved in several months ago until today. After a flush all of the sudden water started running out of the back of the tank. I have yet to turn the water back on to investigate the issue on my own. I'm assuming a seal has gone bad? Odd that it happened all at one versus a slow leak though? Offer is to inspect a s repair both toilets. Parts not included.

Filling in /puttying holes behind guttering which are allowing rain to drain inside. Also sealing gap along flooring of deck to inside bathroom as shown in photo also - as gaps are also letting in rain which is leaking into bathroom on floor below.

i have dripping taps in my bathroom. They need to be fixed.

I need someone to please come in, remove the old toilet seat, measure for a new one, grab the new one and come back and install it. I will pay separately for the toilet seat.

Already installed Sinks with kitchen top need connections and check other taps on this Saturday around 11:00am

The left shower tap spins. I’m able to stop it , but it’s just a matter of time before it gives way completely. I believe the problem us the faucet cartridge.

We need a plumber to run a pipe up through the floor of the waiting room so that we can have a plumbed in water cooler installed. The building is a terrace house, with the waiting room on the lower floor. There is access under the building that goes directly under the waiting room.

The stopcock is leaking from the tap end when the tap is opened. Looking for a plumber to fix and/or replace as needed.

My toilet is clogged I tried to use at home solutions and a chemical solution but it’s still clogged. I just need someone who’s got the tool to unclog it, your help is really appreciated

The drainage pipe which meets the U Bend is blocked. Unit is a commercial Hobart dishwasher. Should be and easy job for someone with the right equipment. The U Bend is not clogged.
