My kitchen sync hot water connection hose has a leak and I suspect needs replacing Can share video to give a better idea of issue

I have purchased an ikea kitchen unit (see items in pictures and need it installed. We need a plumber to run a pipe up through the floor of the waiting room so that we can have a plumbed in water cooler installed. The building is a terrace house, with the waiting room on the lower floor. There is access under the building that goes directly under the waiting room.

The drainage pipe which meets the U Bend is blocked. Unit is a commercial Hobart dishwasher. Should be and easy job for someone with the right equipment. The U Bend is not clogged.
