We need a plumber to run a pipe up through the floor of the waiting room so that we can have a plumbed in water cooler installed. The building is a terrace house, with the waiting room on the lower floor. There is access under the building that goes directly under the waiting room.

Siemens washing machine has slow leak, but also happens when machine is not working, so I assume it’s a plumbing issue rather than an issue with the machine.

We have bought a second hand washing machine that was working perfectly before but since fitting it at our house it has a leak. The leak isn’t coming from the inlet or outlet and we can’t see any obvious damage.

The drainage pipe which meets the U Bend is blocked. Unit is a commercial Hobart dishwasher. Should be and easy job for someone with the right equipment. The U Bend is not clogged.

Sink is integrated to toilet and needs to be replaced as something dropped on it and cracked the basin.

Install bidet. I have the bidet i also have the connector. You probably need some epoxy seal and tape because for some reason it leaks
