1. Remove the laundry sink. 2. Tile floor and wall where sink was removed. 3. Install a shower in the laundry. 4. Install a small vanity cabinet inside the laundry. 5. Install a mirror on the wall of the laundry. 6. Install a pedestal under the washing machine inside the laundry. 7. swap dishwasher hoses in the kitchen (hose is currently connected to the hot water pipe under sink). 8. Fix low water pressure issue in shower upstairs. 9. Put pebbles and pavers on backyard walkway. 10. Repair a small backyard gate that’s jammed.

The water pipe of the dishwasher is connected to the wall and it is extremely tight. I bought a new dishwasher to replace the old broken one. The installer couldn’t unscrew the water pipe of the old one and told me that instead of screwing the pipe in, the plumber glued it in. I need a plumber to help me take the water pipe off without damaging anything so that I can screw in the water pipe of the new dishwasher.

I cleaned up the gas stove with moisture few days ago since then the automatic lighter stove does ignite the fire and constantly ticks. 2 out of 5 burners are working which mean there is a gas flow however, the flame is much dimmer. The 3 burners doesn’t work at all.
