Install mixer tap at cafe in Maribynong. Mixer tap is provided. Tap is to be installed and silicone sealant applied as required. Between 5pm to 6pm.

I’ve renovated my kitchen and need help installing/connecting the new sink. A plumber has done half of the work already, but because of unforeseen circumstances is unable to finish the job. The plumbing coming out from the wall is in the correct place and is ready to be connected to the mixer tap. It’s a farmhouse sink that’s designed to stick out from the bench

Hi, I have a leaking kitchen mixer tap connection, perhaps just need tightening or get the flexi hose replaced, it's a new tap so I don't think it's the tap (very unlikely). Also the sink around the bench is installed poorly by the previous owners/renovators so water seeps in from between the gap of the sink and the bench top. Can you help refit a d seal around it with silicone. Thanks

I need my kitchen tap replaced - I have purchased the new one, and my shower rose drips unless I turn the tap off really tightly so assume it’s a washer issue

Upstairs shower is leaking water into the garage downstairs. Have already tried filling small gaps in the grout with silicon for testing, however leak persists when shower is used - including when water is left to run directly down drain and isn’t splashed up into the grout cracks. Leak is either with the water coming into the shower head or the shower drain. Have cut a small hole in ceiling for investigation Please include scope of work in your quote - thanks
