A small amount of water is constantly running in the toilet bowl (video is available). I need a plumber who can fix it.

Upstairs shower drain is leaking water into the garage downstairs. I have tested with pouring a bucket of water down the drain while leaving shower tap off, and the leak into the ceiling below persists, so issue seems to be with the shower drain. Have already tried filling small gaps in the grout with silicon. Have cut a small hole in ceiling for investigation Please include proposed scope of work in your quote - thanks

Stormwater runs off under the house. Attached image taken before retaining wall was installed. This setup is higher than the down pipe at the back of the house. In big rains overflows under the house.

Unblock double bowl sink and hand basin. Diagnose and repair if required, water pump beneath double bowl sink.

Hey labs, looking to get my Commercial fridge and Bain Marine check and potentially fix if possible. Fridge is showing a temperatura of 0 Celsius but inside doesn’t fill cool Bain marine takes hours to warm up the water inside it. Which should take shorter time. Hi, I made some drawings “I’m not expert” what really I need, 1 connect the waist water, 2. Put/ connect the hot and cold water to the tank “how it call it” we need some parts for that, I can go to Bunnings and buy it or you can go purchase it and will pay for the materials. Looking for a qualified plumber to remove our existing bathroom vanity (pictured) and replace it with a new vanity which we've purchased (also pictured). The existing vanity has been badly installed - there is an S-shaped bend in the drainage pipe behind the vanity that hits the lower cabinet and needs to be replaced. The new vanity is wall-mounted and has the measurements described in the pictures.
