2005 caddy recent purchase. Cold the clutch is perfect. Friction point low to floor pedal feels good, will loose pressure if hold clutch in as car warms up. When hot pedal loose pressure over time , comes back when pumped a few times and slips when hot only . Please quote with availability thanks

1) storm water drain to street is blocked with tree roots etc and needs to be electric eeled. 90mm pvc outlet, possible old clay pipes inside somewhere. less than 10m distance. 2) outdoor tap is dripping needs fix or replace 3) two downpipes are blocked with leaves and need clearing. Note one is not accessible so will need clearing via 3m pole

The drain at the base of our fire exit needs cleaning. Restaurant waste appears to have been poured down it; the waste is gone but the smell persists! There is a seeping sound happening every 10 minutes or so coming from the pipes under the sink.

I recently moved into an old studio, an recently the sink pipes in the kitchen (I'm pretty sure that's where the sound is coming from) have started making a high pitched screeching sound. I don't have to be using the water for the sound to go off, happens in intervals and lasts from 5-10 minutes. It was an on and off thing the entirety of last night. Added a picture of what I think is the source of the sound. Although the sound extends to the bathroom too. I have a video of it that I can pm you to get a better understanding of it

The sink has in-built plug and now I can’t open it. Drain is all blocked up but if plug can be screwed loose it should be easy enough to drain it.
