Remove mixer taps in basins of two bathrooms and install new mixer taps. Remove two sets of wall mounted taps in bathroom and install new taps. I can supply the new mixers and taps.

Our pool is dropping in water level. Things to note: - The pool itself is not leaking. - The pipe where the water is blasted into the water as part of its circulation always seems to have some bubbles coming out. Due to this and a system being closed looped and under water this is impossible unless there was a leak to allow air into the circulation. - I more or less believe to know where the leak may be but need confirmation first. - There was a hedge we chopped down know but bad root problems, I suspect that old tree's roots have penetrated the pipe. Since we chopped down the tree, poisoned and tiled over this area the problem appears to be slightly worse leading me to believe the roots are rescinding causing a larger hole or leak. Look for the following: - Sombody to not charge a crazy price to put a camera up the pipe for 10 mins to see if any roots, cracks or damage to the piping can be seen. - Open to the discussion of repairs after that however this is first just identification.

1. One hot water tap leaking in the toilet sink 2. One cold water tap in same sink has low pressure. 3. In bath tub, both cold and hot water knobs leaking. 4. The Push button used for flushing of toilet is damaged.

Hot water knob not totally closing causing water to leak. Knobs for both hot and cold is now tightly shut but water still comes out of the shower head. Shut off the main water supply for the main unit for now

The kitchen sink with pull out faucet is old and it needs to be replaced with a new one
