Two bathroom house. One toilet drains slowly since yesterday Sink and bathtub drain slowly since today Shower drain makes bubbling noise when any toilet is flushed.

The hot water system outside in the backyard seems to be leaking from the hose

The pipe for hot water system overflow/condensate is leaking at one of the joints. It needs to be re-soldered properly and the insulation needs to be redone where it’s removed

In the front yard there is a leak and I need it fixed asap pls

Blocked drain from too much toilet paper. Straight line needs snake to unblock. Access point in backyard. Done before.

Our cold tap can't be switched off and it continuously leaks.

I have a fridge that will need to be connected to the water line for ice cube. It's sitting across the kitchen so the water line probably need to be hidden within the cabinet. Bonus if you can recommend and install a water filter system for that line too.

Aircon moisture/water sliding down wall Moisture/water sliding down the wall from back of the aircon, when being used. Only noticeable over time from the discolouration. We have a leaking internal downpipe which needs to be repaired. Please provide a quote to repair the leak in the existing downpipe and ensure it’s water tight. The current downpipe is made of a soft plastic. If it would result in a more durable solution to replace the existing pipe with a hard pvc pipe then please also provide a second quote for this option.
