There is a potential water leaking issue in the bathroom. We noticed separation at the tile and floorboard transition and expansion/water damage at the base of the door frame. The water looks like it is going under the tile but not sure where the leak is coming from. Water has recently started coming out of the shower base which is tiled as well a few mins after we shower. Please provide a scope of works and how you will diagnose the problem and your experience with something like this. Many thanks.

Replace leaking copper t connector. Easily accessible and connection already dug out. Shouldn’t take long to fix at all. Happy to pay cash

Hi guys, Need a plumber or someone experienced to help me put some kind of kitchen tap extender on the tap. It's a Phoenix Vivid Slimline tap but I can't seem to find an extender to put on it. The water splashes too much when it comes down from the tap onto the sink - I think the diameter of the tap is '19MM' as stated on the Phoenix site, I've bought two kitchen tap extenders but they don't fit at all - Pretty sure those were 22mm-24mm

My toilet is blocked up and won’t flush after 30-50 mins it eventually drains but when we use the kitchen sink in the next room the toilet begins to overflow bad flooding the laundry. Definitely appears to be a drainage issue

The base of the tap in our bathroom is leaking, need someone to fix (tigthen?) it.

The downstairs toilet is slow to drain water and gurgles when the toilets upstairs are flushing. Washing machine return trough also fills with water when draining.

A down pipe has come loose and needs to be secured back onto the wall/upper down pipe. It is located on the roof of the first story - so will need a ladder to reach the down pipe.

The toilet started to bubble this morning - and water started to fill the whole toilet. I tried to plunge the toilet but it didn’t help much - the water still drains slowly though. So I may need some extra help to unblock the drain. Thanks

Hi, I would like someone to unblock and clean the shower drain in my upstairs bathroom.

I have 2 water taps and a shower which having leaking problem.

Need two shower head installed. Must also drill holes on tiles to install the unit. Also need to remove water valve restriction if unit has it. Must take out old shower unit and replace with the new shower unit I purchased.
