The garden hose tap in the front yard is leaking. Water is leaking from the side of the tap itself, not from the hose connection point. I suspect the issue is with the tap body, not the adapter.

Budget - $1200 Shower 1: Shower base cracked. Need to hace someone fill up the space undernearh the shpwer with concrete by drilling a whole into it. Then water proof it tile it without taking existing base out. Need to ensure no leak. Photos of shower added. If you cant fix both showers please quote any one and appropriate price please. Budget $300 -Shower 2: No issues with shower (all tiles including base) but there is a leak which is damaging floor boards outside. Last time a person came and put silicon in the places where he though it could leak from. But doesnt seem like leak stopped. He put a guage to check burst pipe but didnt find any burst pipe. Before fixing this shower I need someone to confirm where leak is and then fix it. Floor board picture showing damage outside shower. Shower pic not included. Ask as many questions as you like, ask for pick and happy to share. But quote correctly as I will pay agreed price confirmed here. Cannot afford more. If after the work is conpleted, any issues arise, I expect you to fix without cost. So quality work is a must.
