The shower is leaking when not on. From what I can tell, the problem isn’t the shower head or exterior hose as it leaks without those attachments on. Just want to see if someone knows how to do a quick fix and if I can avoid replacing the whole unit.

Simple fix. 1) Replace a broken window winder -window also needs work to ensure it opens and closes properly. This may include adjusting the frame. 2) install toilet roll holder Parts supplied. Tools and labour required

Replace washer and tap in bathroom area - pic attached - price of job is the highest I will go as I have the new taps.

Some leaky sink and shower faucets need to be loosened. There are in total 8 “sets” of these in 3 bathrooms. As far as I know, two of these need fixing for sure. They are very tight. But while you are here, I would like you to also look at the others to see if there’s any fixing needed.

I need to help to 1) Uninstall the D’Lucci Smart Bidet toilet seat (from Bunnings) in my bathroom. I have attached the pictures of the bidet and my bathroom. 2) install the original standard toilet seat back

We need someone to help me fix my toilet. When I press the flush button for a long enough time, the water stops after flushing. However, if I don't press the flush button long enough, the water keeps running (although very little amount). It seems like the flush valve in the tank is not working properly.

Remove old sink mixer which is leaking from the base and the spout (1st photo), and install new sink mixer in its place (2nd photo).
