Toilet is leaking from two screw holes, on the outside of the toilet onto the floor. I’m assuming the washers need replacing. I started to do it myself and had to remove flush valve to undo screws. Hoping someone can finish the job - fix the leak and tighten flush valve back in

The water tank of the toilet needs to be attached properly to the wall and I need someone to remove and tile the toilet floor as the tiles are broken. This should include materials (a few tiles and grouts, etc and labour). This is for an investment property, and I am not on site, so you will need to arrange a time with the tenants and you send me photos and a video when the job is done. We recently purchased a brand new Bosch Series 2 dishwasher, and it's only 4 days old. However, when we use it, the water gets clogged. We don't think it's an issue with the dishwasher itself, as our previous dishwasher had the same problem. We believe the issue might be with the plumbing.
