Water detectors have found a leaking tap outside that is causing internal water / mould damage. Tap and pipe needs to be replaced, access via internal plaster wall. I can arrange plasterer and painter once plumbing is fixed, unless this is in your scope of work. Not currently occupied, move in date this Friday 18/10, subject to change to next week, TBC.

There’s nothing wrong with existing mixers - they’re just old and I don’t like the look of them. One in bathroom and one in laundry. Have bought new taps. I need someone to install the new taps. Ensuite tap is dripping sometimes. I assume it just needs a new washer. Please supply. (That tap doesn’t need changing.)

I need the bathroom sink, and bath drain strainer/flange replaced. Not sure of the technical names for these. Both are rusty. Happy to procure the items for install or please provide product and install price. Please see images

Toilet has come away from the tiled wall. Requesting for the bolts underneath the toilet to be tightened and then the toilet be resealed onto the tiled wall.

The hose for the bathroom hand shower has to be changed

Toilet is emitting a persistent odour, suspect it is a broken seal underneath the toilet. Need someone to investigate and re-seal.

I have a project where I need to install 4 washing machine taps in the laundry and a sewage drain for a portable shower. All of this will be installed in the laundry. The shower will be assembled on Monday the 13th of May and will need to be connected by you to get it working. It's a free standing portable shower that plugs in like a washing machine. The laundry floor is wood so should be easy to pull up nicely if there is no under floor access. There are also 4 pipes that are capped and sticking out of the floor inside several rooms, and a drain hole or two in some rooms that I would like removed. I have taken some photos for reference, as well as a photo of the current laundry and a floorplan of the property. I am looking to have this done next week. 1 days work to complete this.

The toilet smells like sewer. We tried different products to fix it. Need plumber with a camara to look what's going on and fix it. Wife is getting upset

50mm high pressure pipe running about 10 meters from pool equipment area to sewer . Hot and cold pipes to the back corner of our house to set up for an outdoor shower / just cold water tap (pending price). We currently only have mains water access from the front of our house and need it in the backyard. I don’t know how much this will cost and understand that you’d have to take a look to offer a quote.
