Water is overflowing into the toilet bowl through the cistern overflow. Fault could be the inlet valve washer or the inlet valve itself. If the inlet valve needs to be replaced it can be separately invoiced.
Abbas knows his trade quite well and fixed the overflow by replacing the inlet valve and then adjusting the seating washer which took more time than anticipated. I would gladly book Abbas again for any plumbing work.
