There is a leaky tap on powder room - suspect washer wear out . Along with this I wanted to check all the taps in the house to replace for drip proofing.

However I have learned that this should be installed with appropriate backflow protection conforming to the national construction code - volume three. If qualified plumbers can give me a quote.

The kitchen tap water is dripping and the tap is loosen. A new build home for 2 years. Located in Point Cook.

Need 2 existing downpipes (75mm) replaced with 90mm downpipes. Roof (gutter) height is about 2.8 metres from the ground level (storm drain connection). Also need 1 new downpipe added and connected to nearby stormwater drain inlet. Lastly, Replace 1 cistern cock in toilet. Leaking near the wall. Detailed job- 1) The replacements of 2 downpipes from 75mm to 90 mm will include cutting gutter hole to 90mm, replacing downpipe pop from 75 to 90mm, change pvc pipe 75mm to 90mm and connect to ground connection point. 2) 1 new downpipe (90mm) install will also need the same tasks done as listed above, just that there is no hole in the gutter presently. This new downpipe connection will need to be connected to an existing adjacent downpipe (75mm) as shown in the picture. So the coupling will have to take that in consideration. 3) Replace 1 cistern cock in toilet. Leaking near the wall

I recently changed my wash basin taps in the bathroom but somehow it’s leaking. Need to fix this.

Need a handy man to remove and refit this leaking hand heals bidet. Appears to be dripping water due to incorrect connection. Also want to know if a washer can be fixed on the basin. Photo provided

Need to install 2 hand sprayers on 2 toilets. Already have the hand sprayers and 2 way splits. Need them to be installed onto the toilets.

We changed shower head and since doing that water doesn’t stay constantly warm it goes cold all the time, we are constantly turning off cold water and starting again.
