We agreed on the solution and he completed the job on the spot in 2 hours! A plastic part of the pump has snapped inside the pump, causing it to leak. This will need to be removed carefully and another supplied however there is no guarantee it can be removed successfully and if it cannot be removed, It is likely you will require a new pump
