Mixer in kitchen sink is not turning hot. Expect the hot water is isolated somewhere as cold water flow working fine, however can't find hot water isolation valve. If mixer replacement required, will have the part on the day for installation. Front right gas burner on stove top not turning on. Suspected due to the knob mechanism being stuck (required some degreasing and cleaning to get the other three burners on stove top working), can't get last burner to press down/turn to get gas on. Require assistance to get working.

I need a Handyman or a plumber to do a very simple job as you can see in the picture of the copper pipe has a hairline fracture and it is leaking very very slightly so it needs to be either crimped .. fixed, it is the pipe on the right hand side. The leak is coming just where the tile is.

Old gutter is rusting, previous owner put a new metal gutter piece up on the roof but never did anything with it. Preferably if someone could install the new gutter then also to the right there could be some leaking so need a type of to seal where little bit of water is coming through.

Hi, I am looking for an experienced plumber to assist unblocking my bathroom toilet. I unfortunately do not have a plunger, however, I did ask a friend to assist with a plunger & it did not unclog the toilet. I have used flushable cat litter, which may be the cause, al though it hasn’t been a problem for 8 months, it may be now. If it costs extra on a Sunday, I will wait until Monday to be assisted, as I can’t afford the extra fee. I am not working at this time unfortunately, due to health related issues, so a reasonable quote/ price would be much appreciated. 🙂
