Leaking tap needs either replacement or whatever needs to be done to stop the leaking. Toilet door handle needs replacement. Door not working.

I have new Sink and Washing Machine Taps and need them fitted. Also I need a bathroom sink disconnected. I have all the required taps, which are the Caroma brand.

Tap needs replacement or repair. Preferably with a similar design that has a retractable mouth as per the pictures below. Will pay for the replacment - need the right advise and what to buy/how much as well. While down here - check the kitchen water sink drainage is ok and if nercessary - just remove clean it and put it back. The drainage beneath the tap.

My toilet buttons are broken and it keeps making the water sound. I also have a new tap i have been meaning to get installed so wanting to get that done while here. I'm on a pension and can't afford much so offering what I can at short notice. Thank you
