Toilet flush system water continuously runs sometimes and sometimes works normally. So need to replace flush valve and other components inside the flush system. Photo attached of the current system. Price should include dual flush system replacement.

I have a rainwater tank which was not in use for few months due to faulty pump. I want pump to be replaced and water tank cleaning. Since it was not in use it has gathers some algae.

The fridge does not seem to be working, the Temp at the moment is at 15 degrees and the inside walls are not cold. The freezer still seem okay but has a few water droplets on top, however the food is still frozen.
