Hi I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve noticed a water leak in my bathroom that I’d like to get fixed. The leak appears to be coming from the area below the pipe which is connected to the toilet, as shown in the attached photos. I suspect the silicone sealant around this area might be compromised, allowing water to escape and pool on the floor. Could you please take a look and let me know what can be done to fix it? I’d appreciate it if we could arrange a time for you to come by and address the issue. Looking forward to hearing from you. Please advise the full cost and procedure? Thanks, Harry

Hi Need someone with experience in completing the issues below: - kitchen tap leak - tap Just probably needs tightening - sink mixer in master bedroom is loose - mixer just probably needs tightening. - 2x toilet seat cover is loose - probably needs adjustment and tightening - water leaks coming from laundry ceiling - needs to be inspected and identify source of leak and fix it. could be coming from water pipe of the sink which is directly above the ceiling - water Leak from Kitchen and alfresco ceiling. - probably not plumbing related issue but needs to be inspected and identify source of leak.

Have a hot water system need looked at ( Rheem ) dog chewed the power cord got it fixed but there is two lights on the back Red and Green that flash and now there is no hot water
