Hi all, I have a leaking gas submain. It is leaking somewhere between the meter and the riser in front of the house. The total excavation area is no approximately 7m long. I can provide exact measurements if required. Works will need to be conducted by a licensed plumber and a VBA COC provided at the end. In the attached image you can see is adjacent to the tree on the left, it is an old photo. But basically the run is straight towards the house. Happy to work with timing for the right quote.

Currently only have cold water supply and no laundry trough. Need to install hot water supply and laundry trough.

The hot water knob/tap inside this faucet in the laundry is leaking water and needs to be replaced or fixed so it does not leak anymore. It is likely very old and therefore not working as it should. Supply and replace both hot and cold taps.

Remove old kitchen tap and sink and install new ones

I have a leaking bathroom tap. I have taken the taps off and checked the washer but everything seemed fine- though obviously not. Need someone to come fix it.

We need an old kitchen sink replaced. It’s fully functioning, just old and we prefer a new updated sink. Sink is not an under mount and sits on the Caesar stone bench top with sealant. It’s a double sink.

I have a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. Both taps are leaking, and there is also a puddle forming underneath the sink. Looking for a plumber who can do the following fairly cheap: 1. Looking to have both bathroom sink taps replaced. I have purchased the taps I would like to use to replace the old ones (see pictures). Please note to get access to the fixing bolt is very small and tight to get to, I would normally be able to change these myself but have had trouble getting access to the fixing bolt to remove. One of the fixing bolts has also rusted and should be taken into account. PLEASE DO NOT OFFER TO DO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE DOING A SIMILAR JOB THAT HAS A TIGHT SPACE OFF ACCESS.

Outdoor leaky tap that is constantly leaking (dripping). Want to repair or replace

The arm of the kitchenaid has dropped about 5ml, so it makes contact with the bowl when it is turned on.

Metal drain pipe dented and needs fixing, possibly if the dent can be buffed out, location of the pipe : outside the house.

Cisterns not filling with water, need help figuring out problem. Valves have been opened but no water flowing through. Will post photos soon!

Kitchen sink drain pipe with rubber sealant leaking

The tap seems seized up and the handle broke while attempting to turn it off. We need to fix or replace the tap.

Replace my broken sink with new sink in the bathroom.

There has been some water leak from the lintel of the windows on ground floor. I suspect there has been a leak in the red circled area. Would like a roof plumber or someone with qualification to assess and fix the leak - likely require polyurethane resins or something similar. Many thanks!
