Find an experienced plumber in Yarraville

Would like plumber to investigate potential leak. Been experiencing the occasional smell of sewage from the ensuite. House is an old weather bored on stumps. 2 x toilets in the house do occasionally have an Oder no matter how many times you clean. Would like to inspect all drains on the property as well.

1) Mount a 55" TV on the wall. Mount has been purchased and comes with a template for screwing holes in the wall. I have attempted this myself using a stud finder but I failed, 3 of the holes don't have a stud behind them. You will need to locate the studs and let me have a think if the TV can still be centered on the wall in its new position. If I still want it near my original position, I may request that you go to the Bunnings nearby (3.2km away), get the required pine and plasterboard, and fix up the original holes I drilled. I will pay for the materials (including reasonable excess). 2) Mount shelves on the wall underneath the TV. Shelves are the black ones shown in one of the photos. I have 2 sets of shelves, so a total of 6 pieces. 3) Mount a rectangular mirror on the wall. 4) Fix a toilet seat that came off. Let me know your rates. Second washing machine hose not long enough to connect to plumbing under sink. Need qualified air Tasker to purchase and connect hose to get second washer working.

Need our shower head fit off properly flush to the wall currently a gap as the pipe is too long and there is no shower head gap piece to ensure water is not getting into the wall behind the tiles.

My toilet cistern was endlessly filling for a while, and now it is empty and seems to be filling but won’t actually fill up.

Replace existing shower head and taps with new black matte ones (checking for leaks). Replace the washers and check the plumbing as the current taps screech when the hot water is used.
