I need an experienced handyman to repair 2 outdoor electric blinds (each approximately 3 meters long) positioned next to each other. The work involves: Replacing 4x strong wires Reanchoring the wires into newly retiled travertine stone tiles Repositioning the fabric onto the rails and securing it in place Repairing the worn-out threading in one of the screws/rings that holds the rail onto the wire Reattaching the bottom rail fabric, which has come off completely The end bracket/plate for one of the rails has been lost. If you can replace it, great—if not, we can use an alternate solution. Materials needed: 4x strong wires Anchors for wires to be drilled into travertine tiles Any other materials required for the job The total quote for this task is $400 for labor and materials. Need handyman to fix wonky wardrobe and cupboard doors and put a washer in a leaky kitchen mixer tap.

Just need someone to put my wardrobe door back on its hinges. It is the other way around. There is a mirror on the other side. Literally just need someone to come and lift it onto the hinges.

Shower door making noises when opening and closing sometimes, it seemed the door gap is uneven compared top to bottom, and that leads the water coming out of the shower. I'm not sure the hinge can be fixed by re-screwing or need a replacement.

The sliding door is not opening / closing and appears to be largely sitting on the carpet. The hinges at the bottom appear to be the issue. The door is in good condition but the hinges likely need replacing

We are in the process of re-flooring our apartment from carpet to hybrid timber. The timber installers have requested we un-install 2 sliding doors that separate the bedroom from the living room. We need someone who can un-install the doors for 2 days of re-flooring, and then come back and re-install the doors.

We require a quote for a new plain smooth finish fibreglass door to be supplied and fitted to the inside of the existing metal frame, the old door is on the outside and needs to be removed, the old door is too short (1080mm) and a new fibreglass door cannot be cut down to fit this is the reason to change to the inside of the frame. This is an external area open to the elements and not a fire door. The new door will be standard height 2040mm and approximately 820mm wide or a little less, the hinges and striker will need to be screwed in place with metal screws. The striker will need to be fitted to the jamb and a new hole drilled. Neither the hinges or striker need to be rebated. This is the access door to a plant area not an apartment. The lock from the old door can be reused and needs to be fitted to the new door. Parking is provided onsite there are 1 flight of stairs the rest is lift access.

Replace 3 doors already have the doors hollow not solid

We need a builder/Handy man for the below DOOR HANDLES change some door handles. The bolt that holds the door handles are stuck in the doors and we aren't able to get them out. they need to be removed to reinstall the new ones. Our builder has told us a hammer will do the trick. 4x Handles AIRVENTS Our air conditioner vents are pointed in the wrong direction and we need flipped around, they are glued in so need to be unstuck and flipped.

Various tasks (allow for say, 6 hours work): 1. Replace three door handles (laundry/bedroom/bathroom) - parts supplied; 2. Install new towel rail, toilet roll holder and soap dish in bathroom - parts supplied; 3. Attend Bunnings to collect 2400mm x 1200mm tile board (will identify preferred option) to install in bathroom over existing tiles (will need a van or Ute to transport). 4. Assist with sealing kitchen bench top where it is exposed to moisture. 5. Demolish/remove small (600mm x 600mm) internal kitchen cupboard. 6. Install microwave shelf in kitchen.

External flyscreen door does not slide properly, needs wheel replacement

Cupboard door under sink won't close properly as screw as stripped in the side of the cabinet. I think that the part of the cabinet where the latch is might be rotten and needs cutting out and a patch put in - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024
