Two reasonably strong people needed to remove heavy outdoor umbrella from hole in centre of existing table, relatively simple assembly of new table and then replace the umbrella in new table centre hole.

The hinges of my wardrobe have come undone, I have an inspection happening soon. I just need someone who can come up and put them back up. I believe the system for the opening and the shutting the door will need to be replaced so where we can come and do that it’ll be great. I’ll cover up the expenses if you can bring the equipment required.

Cupboard door has come off hinge and needs hinge replaced (hinge provided) Bedframe keeps breaking, even when rescrewed in. Needs some type of solution to keep it secured.

Winder in this window has jammed. The winder will close only and not open - so the window is almost completely stuck closed. Ideally it needs to be fixed or failing that forced so the window can be opened freely (no need to replace).

We have bifold doors covering our laundry closet area. They both worked normally when we moved in, but the right-hand door won’t close since our washing machine was delivered - we think it was somehow bumped in the moving process and is now jammed. We haven’t been able to figure out how to fix it, and you can see in the photos that the door is starting to split on the inside from trying so we figured it was time to call in some professional help. Let me know if you need any additional information or photos - I know these aren’t incredible but it’s a tricky thing to photograph.

We need two steel (Gavlanised?) security grills removed to allow some remedial work on the window frames. The grills are welded to pins that lock to the brick surround for the larger one and with bolts/coach screws welded to the grill for the smaller one. After the timber restoration is complete we then need the two grills reinstalled. The photos show the current attachments. The smaller window is 750x450 and the larger is 1400x1200.

Bathroom door is sticking and sometimes unable to open from the inside when closed. Can always open from the outside. Require someone with tools and skills to fix the door handle mechanism

Need someone to professional remove stick on business signage on double glass door (see images) for vacating lease of group room. Need someone to complete this weekend ideally. Need to leave glass door clear with out sticky residue for bond

Remove old wire and supply and reinstall new screen wire

Re-attach roller blind that has fallen off brackets. Replace bathroom door handle (new door handle provided) - see photos.

Need about 8 hooks installed, into drywall, https://www.freedom.com.au/product/23736849 and on a door. Also want to install a magnetic door stopper- concrete floor or into wall not sure measurements etc

Water has rotted the wood on an outside window frame and needs to be fixed/replaced.

Wardrobe door not sliding

My bathroom door knob keeps on coming loose. I need some handy person help to permanently fix it. If further parts or a different door knob is needed, I can arrange.

2 different cabinet doors needs to be fixed.

Small dog has scratched the back bottom corner of door - needs sanding and revarnished

I would like to put in a sliding mirror doors on the right side of the picture through to the back wall. This would require taking out the shelving on the left hand side. Ive no idea on price so will let people bid.

Need to put a folding wardrobe door back on the sliding rungs

To save on space in our bathroom, we are wanting to switch out the existing hinged door with a pocket sliding door. Contractor to provide all materials. Image of current door and example of what we want is attached
