Pantry door 2040 X 519 with 4 soft close BLUM hinges. Too heavy for me to lift to click hinges into plates. Cupboard door 1206 X 519 top half of a duo and need to use ladder to attach BLUM hinges to hinge plates. I am not strong enough to click into place. I don’t know what price to suggest and we can talk about it. Have put a low price in to get the ball rolling but if someone has strength and done this before time on the job should be 10-15 mins

Hi our bathroom glass shower screen door came out of the hinges .looks like the hinges are wornout and gone brittle because of its age i believe . We need door back in ,if someone can fix will be great .

Hi, After a quote for a few odd jobs that sound like you’re qualified to for. 1. A glass window needs to be replaced, approximately 137cm height x 79cm wide. The window is quite high off the ground, not sure if you can do it from the inside. 2. The hinge has come off the bricks of my side gate outside, can’t close it. 3. A glass gate has dropped and can’t close. 4. One of the timber bifold doors inside has come off the roller and looks like it is missing a part. I’ll attach some photos. Sorry of the descriptions aren’t very clear, let me know if you need more information. House has moved so the lounge door is scraping tiles - needs to be taken off, planed and rehung.

I bought the track and the door . Need someone with plenty of experience to put it up . I am pretty handy myself but just dont want to screw it up (seen many examples) Attached photos of the hardware and the door .

I have 4 doors in my Home that need repair. The first two don’t close properly. Not sure if the hinges have loosened or the wood has expanded, but the doors take some effort to close. Next is the front door which as you could see by the pictures has had some of the timber laminate removed from the bottom. Thinking a solution could be to place a thin wooden panel across the bottom like a kicker to hide this issue. The final door is at cubby house door, which simply needs a magnet latch and a piece of timber for the magnet to catch on when it closes. These jobs are all to prepare the house for sale. My wife and I both work full-time, so if possible would be good to have these jobs completed after hours or on the weekend. Looking for the work to be completed soon as possible as the house goes on the market in the next few weeks. - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024
