Side gate door doesn’t close properly. This is due to the frame being loose. We have tried to tighten it ourselves but one of the screws in the frane is damaged and we don’t manage to undo it. Hopefully photos are informative. I have indicated with an arrow the part that’s loose.

I'm moving out of my apartment tomorrow and the laundry door has come off the runner and won't reattach. I need a handy man to help fix the door before I have back the keys tomorrow afternoon.

We have a thin rope tied to the latch of a window that sits above a stair case. We need the rope untied before we move out as we don't own a ladder.
