hello I have a screen door that has been taken off and I need someone to put it back on

I have 3 doorways which suffered termite damage. The termites have been exterminated but I need the door jamb repaired. Only one of the doorways has an actual door in it. The architraves seem to be fine.

We have an existing laundry door that opens inwards. Would like to have the door rehung to open outwards. The door frame is metal and would require old internal hinges cut off. Existing door fits the frame, however will be a small gap at the bottom. We're happy to discuss other solutions!

Hi I need a quality door installation/repair expert to assist with my apartment. The door is slightly misaligned and lets in a lot of draft. I want that corrected and the replaced with new stainless steel ones. I also need the bottom of the door shaved down as I will be having a new floor installed shortly before and the door needs to be shortened to account for a small raise in height (.5-1cm at worst). I think there is a little room to raise the door as well by adjusting hinge position. I also want to door knob looked at and checked for faults as it is a catches and sticks a lot. I will be coordinating this with the installation of the floor so it does need to be at a specific time.

I have a dripping tap which is sealed off at the wall. I suspect that it is not correctly on the thread. I tried this morning to tighten it, but have made it worse. I have a bathroom window with a certain lock (I do have a key) but I don't know the technique to open these types of catches. I would like my bathroom window open if possible. The most important thing though is to stop the dripping tap. Thank you.

The cord on a timber sash window appears to have frayed and snapped.

We have a hidden laundry door that appears to have either snapped or come off its rails. We can’t see what’s happened because it’s integrated in a cabinet.

We have a clip lock roof which is about 4 years old and appears to be leaking in a few spots judging by the moisture metre readings around two windows, and the brown mark on part of gyprock roof. Initially looking for a professional to diagnose the problems which a view to fixing it once we decide what the problems are.
