The brackets on top of the door tracker are chipped and need to be replaced. It means the door has come off the sliding track, and needs to be manually adjusted - this leaves a gap when closed so doesn't properly function.

The front door is sticking for a long time. It looks like the top hinge is cracked so the door is sagging. Antique door. Also the security door was installed (by us) badly and sticks a bit.

Have shelves in bathroom that until recently had a mirror hanging in front. Mirror has fallen and broken and so I need someone to come and screw in a new bathroom cabinet mirror/door to hide the shelves. Is a small space.

Need flyscreen replaced in screen door. I've pulled out the old fly screen. It looks like there might be enough space to replace the screen without needing to remove the door from its frame. Price includes the tasker supplying fly screen. Inner frame of door measures 197cm by 98cm. original screen is 200cm by 102cm and it looks like the original spline can be reused. I also have a cupboard knob where the screw has broken off inside - if you could drill it out/remove the screw too.

Looking for a builder or quality handy man that can reconnect my chain drive post at the wall Recent storms wet the original brace and it had been weakening since the storm previous The builder will remove the gyprock and secure a new length of hardwood then firmly reattach the chain drive post back onto the wall The Tasker should have some experience with motorized garage doors - so it operates perfectly. Doesn't have to repaint. But perhaps a little gyprock to finish back original. We'll see if it's required. if you don't think this job is in your wheel house - please don't apply.
