Bolts holding rotation mechanism have been incorrectly installed and bent by removal company. Needs specialist tools to get into small spaces for repair. First image shows bolt in wrong hole, second image shows bent bolt also in wrong hole. No idea how they got them in there as space is too tight to get them out again.

We are looking for a reliable handyman to repair an area with broken tiles. The job involves filling the damaged area with concrete and grinding the surface to create channels with a proper slope to direct water into the drain. Apply water sealant.

We are looking for someone to spackle / repair a hole in our bedroom wall. We did this by drilling trying to hang a mirror, so ideally we’d like the fitting put in and the wall repaired so that we hang the mirror, and otherwise just the wall repaired.

1) Replace 7 "dumb" downlights & 1 existing "dumb" strip light in bed frame with Philips Hue smart lights Install 5 motion sensors, 1 dimmer switch & 1 smart button, all also Philips Hue (adhesive attachment to walls) All require connection to Hue App, Apple Homekit & Home App I have a Phillips Hue bridge/hub but it needs to be reset/connected to a different Wifi router Existing downlights have connectors in ceiling & I assume plug points so no need for licensed electrician, also the downlights are the same size as the new ones so no need to widen the holes in the ceiling. 2) Connection/reset of 3 Phillips Hue lamps (2 Play bars & 1 Iris table lamp) that were connected to Hue bridge/hub that needs to be switched to new router as per the above & potentially re-set/reconnected to Hue App, Homekit & Home App (all three lamps were working fine on the old wifi router, I set them up myself & it was pretty easy, I'm just not well enough to re-do them now) All lighting needs to include setting of "scenes" on Hue App & Home App (scenes already exist for the 3 lamps but may need to be re-set in the Hue & Home apps) 3) Install 2 Aquara smart blinds chain controllers (no need to change roller motors) & the Aqara hub & connect to Aqara app, Apple Homekit/Home App, including setting of blind "set points" (for partial opening & closing) & scenes. All products (lights, sensors, switches, blind controllers, hubs, adhesive attachments) are provided. I need someone who is familiar with both Apple Homekit & Home App & preferably also Philips Hue products & app (the Aqara blind chain controller looks very simple - I'd do this & the lamps myself if I wasn't so unwell now) I also need someone who not only has experience with the above but is also caring & understanding that this job is about making a difference to someone who has multiple disabilities, severe chronic pain conditions & mobility issues, so making the home smarter will make life just that little bit easier for me.
