Find an experienced handyman in Armadale VIC

The water seal on my sink is old and there seems to be water leaking into the cabinet below. I am pretty sure they are made from MDF and the kitchen bench is swollen from taking on water with a crack in it. I am hoping to get someone out to check the pipes for leaks, reseal the sink to avoid further damage and to quote to repair the damaged cabinets. I feel that it will be difficult to give an accurate cost without seeing the damage in person. If you could give a rough indication from images of what might be required then please feel free to do so.

The lock on our toilet door continues to come off, we’ve tried to get it back in but it becomes a mess. It needs a tidy up in this area and the lock to be put back in. It’s some sort of ply.

Gate needs to be recalibrated as it is opening too wide and gets stuck sometimes.

Install a screen divider on a 2 person office work station. The work station is already built. The screen is new and comes with screws. The screen may need brackets to attach to the existing desk. Screen was purchased from Elite Office furniture if you need to refer to specs.

Secure 3-4 ceiling hooks in plaster ceiling. Also install 2 hanging wall hooks (need to hold up to 3-5kg) for two hanging wall frames. Images show A0 size wall frames x2 which need hanging. We will need the hooks to be supplied and cost added to airtasker fee.

One window with 3 sections (less than 1m) need venetian blinds installed. I have the blinds, they have been cut and are ready to hang. I have screws and plates, just not a drill or a spare set of hands.

The lock inside door is damaged and has been removed. Might need to bog fill the door so a new one can go in.

Need to replace 2x door knobs. Please see included photos for current door knobs and the replacements. Thank you

Need a general handyman to fix a hook into the roof of a retail window. Require them to re-tie a floral installation that currently exists. Approx 40mins of work

Front metal security door. Quite old. Screw snapped and bottom of the door is flexing off. Need a new screw hole drilled and screw installed. See bottom right of the photo below.

Bathroom door handle has come off on the outside of the bathroom, needs to be re screwed in.
