I have a small personal safe at home that needs to be bolted to the concrete floor. You will need to bring your own hammer drill and two securing bolts to secure it and wrench to screw the bolts tight to the floor.

Broken mirror has been smashed in store. We need someone to come and pick up the mirror and clean the shuttered glass underneath and around in store. And dispose of the mirror. The mirror is a little heavy.

Shower shelf tiling has mould appearing. Mould to be removed and area treated. Grout to be removed and replaced. If required, remove and replace aluminium track/s. Inspect rest of shower / bathroom for any additional mould issues and treat / repair as required. Warranty of work completed required. Price to include all costs and materials to complete job.

Front metal security door. Quite old. Screw snapped and bottom of the door is flexing off. Need a new screw hole drilled and screw installed. See bottom right of the photo below.

I have taken my very old door knob off and the new one need hole drilled larger for installing and I don’t have the right tools. Should be an easy and quick job with the right tools New knob I have from bunnings. I’ve started drilling hole but gave up and have taped over the holes for now
