Rotten bottom wood panel on side gate needs replacing (not painting) as well as repair to wood on the eaves of external roofing where insulation has become visible (painting not required).

Ceiling has fallen down in kitchen and over dining room, we require someone to repair/replace plasterboard. Dining room 7.7x4.5x2.7 and kitchen is 4.3 x 4.5 x 2.7

The flyscreens in two windows are old and shredded and need to be replaced. The frames are fine, I just need someone with the know-how to fit and install new mesh. A third window needs a complete new screen frame. All accessed from walkway, no working at heights.

We need our current blinds to be removed and the windows measured for new blinds. We would need you to source the blinds and fit them.

We have a 2 metre long/1.3 metre high, extremely heavy mirror which needs to be put back on the wall. No drilling etc necessary - have plugs already installed in wall and holes in mirror. Just needs to be lifted and placed on plugs. 5 minute job, but mirror is extremely heavy so requires 2 very strong people at minimum.
