Find an experienced handyman in Banksmeadow

My shutter door broke. Came out of its tracks. It’s back in now but it’s crooked and will keep coming out of the tracks every time I use it. Some of the parts are possibly broken (not sure). Need you to be an expert in these type of warehouse roller doors and come and fix it.

Part of the wall has been slightly damaged over time, we just need someone to apply some concrete on it to ensure that it is in an acceptable state. Not painting required. We need someone to retile a small subsection that has been cracked over time. - We can supply the tiles and concrete mix, we just need labor
