We are unable to turn off 1 ceiling fan, and also unable to turn on another. Need a replacement receiver for 1 installed. The remote has stopped working and I have inspected the unit + tried altering the dip switch but nothing is working. In another bedroom the speed switch has stopped working for the fan as well, will need someone to inspect this too. Thanks!

I have 3 indoor blinds that need to be installed. Two of the blinds are more than 2000mm wide. The blinds are single roller blinds that have been cut to the correct size already and are face fitting blinds to completely cover up the window (they will go where the red line is in the photo). Existing blinds in the photo will stay as is and do not need to be removed. I'm not very well versed in blind installation so I hope that is enough info :)

The metal hose connection to the laundry trough tap is broken and needs replacing. It is in a difficult to reach spot in the back corner of a laundry basin cabinet.

My tenant noticed that when she has longer than usual showers, the carpet in the room next to the bathroom gets wet. Any other issues (damaged pipes and drainage, leaking from hot water system) has been already ruled out. I just need to waterproof the shower. I need to: a) waterproof and silicone along wall of the bathroom, b) install a tile boarder edge; c) regrout and resilicone the shower - we are talking about some micro holes, the shower looks is decent conditions. c) install a 3 cm silicone edge to isolate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Shower size: 148 cm width, 84 cm depth, 190 cm height, 56 cm door.

My shower needs to be re-grouted. Want it looking new again starting to get a little mouldy..

Small- medium hole in wall needs to be fixed and attach a draw with liquid nail - please bring corkage gun

Installation of 4 new (not replacement) ceiling fans (without lights), in top floor appartment.

Have purchased a door, need the old one taken off and the new one hung. New door already has handles. The door has a big glass widow in the middle and is on the heavier side. New Latch will likely need to be drilled into frame.

I need help to re-seal and maybe grout my bathroom. I’m putting a low price as I don’t know how much it should be so open to offers. Please see attached photos. Also need help fixing a small hole in the wall (we have the paint)

Remove 2 existing doors, and hang 2 new ones with new hardware. The new ones are bi-fold (Hume Internal Bifold Door OAK BF18 with Track & Fittings).

Please include availability (include today) The artwork is approximately 7kg and will be hung above the bed, so it needs to be very secure. 92cm diameter. The entryway hooks will be for jackets and hats so need to be installed to support that weight. I don’t have any tools or screws for the task. Would like to attachment of the artwork to be removable if required.

We need a coat rack reattached to a wall - please note this is masonry (brick). Current unattached from one end. Please see photos. Also need 2x 8mm holes drilled into another wall. Please note you will require a drill that can drill into brick, as we have already attempted to drill through but have been unsuccessful.
