Find an experienced handyman in Brunswick East

So I've got a small balcony and have some synthetic turf in a box that is 5x2 metres. I need it cut up and stuck down with 3m tape potentially creatively so it fits around the balcony. I lease the place so it needs to be removable. I'm looking for someone with great attention to detail I Airbnb the place so needs to look really nice. Also on top of the split system I'd love to get a strip as it is quite stained. Green in the text shows what I'm thinking in terms of placement around the perimeter, including around the foundations of the bottom of the fence/railing that would look really cool. Balcony itself is 3.7x1.8metres There's also a couple of smaller handyman jobs around the place: there's a chair that is broken that I think needs a good drilling and should be recoverable, couple wonky tables as well that need looked at to see if anything can be done, that won't take much time at all. Turf has arrived so Sunday or Monday I need it done (17th and 18th of Nov) they are both viable options, Sunday preference. Please let me know how you would make the grass project work, that will be helpful for me to know.

Need help with supply and install plasterboard and patch up base coat and topcoat at Arch wall ( No sanding )

Needing assistance installing 3 floating shelves and a mirror that’s about 5-7kg in a rented apartment. I don’t have the right tools required unfortunately.

Replace broken spring on single garage door

We need 9 soap dispensers attached to tile walls in our gyms bathrooms and showers. The dispensers have brackets that can be screwed into the wall.

The fabric on the ceiling and passenger/drivers doors has come away in my VW Golf MK5. It seems the glue/material underneath has deteriorated and come un-stuck. The fabric its self is in good condition and could be re-glued, however without any experience doing this I could be wrong and the whole thing may need replacing. Take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think. I can also travel to you, so please consider that when quoting.

Remove 2 existing doors, and hang 2 new ones with new hardware. The new ones are bi-fold (Hume Internal Bifold Door OAK BF18 with Track & Fittings).

The entryway hooks will be for jackets and hats so need to be installed to support that weight. I don’t have any tools or screws for the task. We need a coat rack reattached to a wall - please note this is masonry (brick). Current unattached from one end. Please see photos. Also need 2x 8mm holes drilled into another wall. Please note you will require a drill that can drill into brick, as we have already attempted to drill through but have been unsuccessful.

Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached. I have some relatively minor handyman style work and basic cleaning/light moving items that needs to be done urgently on Friday, between 12pm and 7pm. No furniture or heavy lifting invlolved Summary of works : 1. Put together a small table with draw (tools, instructions included) 2. Attach a small shelf to a wall (including identifying stubs/support in wall (tools, instructions included) 3. Fly screen front door needs to be repaired. Top attachment needs to be re-fixed. 4. Front door is squeaky I would expect the above to take 3 hours max. I have some other minor jobs that would be helpful (taking rubbish to apartment bins, repotting plants would be a major bonus) Happy to pay someone for 5 hours if that suits. To arrive around midday if possible Any questions please ask, im genuine and really just need someone with basic handyman skills.m to help as my housemate moves out and i set my house up for guests soon to arrive. Offering $300 inc of airtasker fees for 5 hours work.

We have two showers that are leaking through the base due to eroded grout. They need re-grouting in some areas but not all. They also need caulk reapplied around the edges.

Mount shelf to Laundry wall above sink. It comes with mounting attachments but will need to be drilled into steel frames as it’s very heavy

I need someone to help cover holes in the wall and to fix up a skirting board that my dog chewed up.

I have this door I need installed, it fits in the frame, just a bit tricky and needs a knowing hand to get it in there nicely
