Find an experienced handyman in Brunswick VIC

I need someone to help me replace the mesh fly screen on my window. The fly screen frame also needs to be drilled into the frame as it does not fit snug anymore. Window is located on second storey.

Freezer works but fridge does not

Our freezer is being used for cold plunging, but the freezer only turns on for a short time then rests. The fuse is fine, the electrics seem to be ok, it may have an internal timer that needs a look see. Please help.
