I need 10 art prints hung on the walls around the house. Some of the prints need to be hung side by side. They are medium sized prints that are about 90cm x 60cm or smaller. I will provide the hooks and can identify the locations of where to hang the prints.

I have recently moved in to a new apartment and would like to add shelf pinholes to 5 cupboards in the bedrooms, and several pantry cupboards, to allow me to add shelves/move shelves.

There are a about 6-8 small/faded rust stains and one larger one. The staining is on concrete - in an outdoor apartment on the 5th floor. I have tried to remove the stains with vinegar and CLR, but they are stubborn. Need a professional to take this on with stronger products. I need this work done quickly – as I’ve already moved out of the property and have been asked to rectify following exit report. Would be great if it can be done by lunchtime Monday, but have some flexibility into next week. Building has lift access, but there’s no water source on the balcony. Private parking under building also available for smaller vehicles.

Need a baby gate installed to block stair entrance

We recently purchased an apartment which has been used as a rental property for many years and the shower is in desperate need of regrouting. Unfortunately, some of the tiles have cracked and a couple (replacement tiles - not original to the shower) are not flush against the wall. We realise the shower’s appearance can’t be revived completely but we want to be very sure it’s sealed and no water is getting in behind it for a good while before we can afford to renovate our whole bathroom! The existing grout is dry, crusty and can be peeled away in places. The outside where the shower entrance meets the floor also needs to be resealed. We would do this ourselves but are time poor with work and I have lower back issues. Please help!

I need to have the scratches on the door fixed, which were made by a dog. Since it’s a rented apartment, I’m looking for someone who can repair the door so that the cost isn’t deducted from my bond. The scratches aren’t that deep. Let me know if you have any other questions. I am also open to negotiation the price of the service. Thanks!
