Black foam board to be affixed to wall where you can see the command strips (which clearly didn’t work), again something that wouldn’t cause major damage? Task 3. Attach bell to wall, it’s quite heavy so not sure how to do it myself

I need someone to hang 4 frames in my house. The largest one is around A1 size. I’m not sure what the walls are but they are too hard to allow drywall hooks or plaster screws so I need someone who can also figure out what nails/screws to put in.
