Move a new armchair upstairs (carefully, without damaging walls or flooring). 2. Take the old armchair downstairs and place it in the garage. 3. Mount a large mirror securely to the wall (you’ll need the right tools and expertise to ensure it’s safely installed). 4. Fix a roller blind – the chain that pulls it up and down has broken, and I need help either fixing or finding a suitable remedy. You’ll need to bring your own tools and have experience with wall mounting and minor repairs. Let me know if you have any questions! PS.
