I need hooks hung - some in walls and some in doors. Some hooks have screws included, some don't. I'm not sure if the doors are metal or wood. You'll need a stud finder for the walls, and the studs are metal. The hooks will be used to hand robes and laundry.

We have a hole in our commercial kitchen wall that needs covering. A plaster patch won’t do the job as the mop bangs this part of the wall. We’d like a piece of timber, offcut skirting, or metal plate cut to size to make sure the wall stays damage free. Whatever it is needs to be vermin proof to stop mice coming in.

Looking for someone handy to help us. We live in an apartment and have a heavy, fire proof door. We had to take it off the hinges to move something into our apartment and since we’ve put it back, the door makes a horrendous creaking sound. We believe the hinges are misaligned, or that it’s creaking on the silicon runner around the door frame (we had to put the hinges over the top of the silicon, previously they were underneath). The door is heavy so might require more than one person, or something to jack the door slightly up with.

Hi! Our 75 inch TV and its mount need to be removed from the wall ahead of our move. I have paint for any minor patchups required but am hoping (obviously) to leave as little damage as possible. Looking for a handy person to securely install 2 x vertical mounted bike hooks and 2 x eye plates into a brick wall in a garage in Collingwood. The bike hooks came with screws however I don’t believe they are appropriate for installation into a brick wall. It would be great if said handy person provided the right plugs/screws for the job. The eye plates will be used for a bike lock so it’s important they are attached securely.

I am renting so would like to hang the prints with minimal damage to the walls, but needs to be very secure.

We are new to our apartment and we suspect this door was never closed by previous owners. We want to be able to close it easily and quietly. Currently it closes, but it needs a silly amount of force and makes a loud noise. To us it seems the door is not square and is too closely touching the door jamb about 40cm below the door handle AND possibly at the lock plate as well. TASK -Assess issue -Determine remedy that is simplest, with least amount of fuss/mess and is most cost effective (New door hinges? Plane/sand part of door off?) -Repaint if necessary (Dulux Natural White PN1E1) *I will provide paint unless you already have this colour.
