Servicing three windows all approximately 1m squared:  1 x Sash window that is a bit clunky to move up and down but it does stay open when opened 2 x Rod style windows (they don't have a cord/sash, they have a rod) that don't stay open when you put them up. We have to use a stick to keep them open.  Just keen to have all three windows moving as expected

Hi, in my small rental i have a wall with some cracks which need filling, levelling and painting to be done to fix the current wall cracks. The most prominent is the crack on the corner where the ceiling meets the wall, in the second image on the top right corner. You will need to bring paint and wall filler for this job.

Looking for someone handy to help us. We live in an apartment and have a heavy, fire proof door. We had to take it off the hinges to move something into our apartment and since we’ve put it back, the door makes a horrendous creaking sound. We believe the hinges are misaligned, or that it’s creaking on the silicon runner around the door frame (we had to put the hinges over the top of the silicon, previously they were underneath). The door is heavy so might require more than one person, or something to jack the door slightly up with.

Need a new door handle and possibly door closer to be installed on a thick door. Currently there’s no way to open the door from outside without a key.

Looking for a handy person to securely install 2 x vertical mounted bike hooks and 2 x eye plates into a brick wall in a garage in Collingwood. The bike hooks came with screws however I don’t believe they are appropriate for installation into a brick wall. It would be great if said handy person provided the right plugs/screws for the job. The eye plates will be used for a bike lock so it’s important they are attached securely.

We are new to our apartment and we suspect this door was never closed by previous owners. We want to be able to close it easily and quietly. Currently it closes, but it needs a silly amount of force and makes a loud noise. To us it seems the door is not square and is too closely touching the door jamb about 40cm below the door handle AND possibly at the lock plate as well. TASK -Assess issue -Determine remedy that is simplest, with least amount of fuss/mess and is most cost effective (New door hinges? Plane/sand part of door off?) -Repaint if necessary (Dulux Natural White PN1E1) *I will provide paint unless you already have this colour.
