Need a new door handle and possibly door closer to be installed on a thick door. Currently there’s no way to open the door from outside without a key.

My Audi MMI screen doesnt work. I tried to reset by pushing 3 buttons. MMI screen comes and turns off again. I check the fuses, couldnt find any broken one, maybe I just couldnt find. I tried to bypass the 2 devices in the trunk. I couldnt get a result. Anyone has an idea to fix it welcome to try.

Top mount fringe doors need to be changed to the other side

Looking for a handy person to securely install 2 x vertical mounted bike hooks and 2 x eye plates into a brick wall in a garage in Collingwood. The bike hooks came with screws however I don’t believe they are appropriate for installation into a brick wall. It would be great if said handy person provided the right plugs/screws for the job. The eye plates will be used for a bike lock so it’s important they are attached securely.

I am renting so would like to hang the prints with minimal damage to the walls, but needs to be very secure.

We are new to our apartment and we suspect this door was never closed by previous owners. We want to be able to close it easily and quietly. Currently it closes, but it needs a silly amount of force and makes a loud noise. To us it seems the door is not square and is too closely touching the door jamb about 40cm below the door handle AND possibly at the lock plate as well. TASK -Assess issue -Determine remedy that is simplest, with least amount of fuss/mess and is most cost effective (New door hinges? I need a handyman to help repair some damage on some beach wheelchair matting. There are 5 rolls to be repaired total. Guidance on how to repair the matting as well as all tools needed will be provided. It is a polyester woven matting which has fraying damage to the side. The frayed sections need to be cut away with a hot knife and some of the ends need to be reconnected with pop rivets. It is a simple enough job just time consuming and somewhat physically demanding. Can be done all at once or over a few days if preferred.

Hang about 6-8 light paintings and 1 Samsung the frame TV on a wall of a fairly new apartment. Should be very straight forward, as painting are all small and would just require the one hanging point. I imagine 3-4 hours would be the approximate total time.
