Find an experienced handyman in Darlington

Our landlord has asked us to fix a few issues on the property, however, none of us are in Sydney at the moment. We need someone to pick up the keys from the real estate agent’s office and walk over to the house (10 minutes walk) to do the following repairs: - Fix 2 small cracks in 2 different windows - Replace a doorknob on one of the bedrooms (you would unfortunately also need to provide the doorknob however we’re happy to pay for this) - Fill in a few holes in one of the bedrooms. Although we can’t be there, we’ll provide detailed instructions and will be available over the phone the whole time. You would also need to return the keys at the end. We know this is a bit inconvenient so have factored this into the offer price!

Jammed the lens of my Sony cybershot dsc w70, hoping someone can fix it.

Remove current mirror in the bathroom. Install a mirrored shaving cabinet, will need to drill through tile to ensure it is secure.

It appears the mechanism on my pull down light switch has jammed with the string no longer moving up and down. Would ideally like this disassembled to be cleaned/fixed or replaced with a new unit (if needed). Then needs to just be reattached back to its original spot. I imagine a handyman or electrician could fix... If you have any questions, please shout out. Thank you

Comprises two BESTA wall units W 600 X H 380 X D 250. That is, a total of W 1200 for the entire two units. The units are mounted on a rail and fixed to the wall. The position is 100 mm below the TV and 200mm above the floor. The wall id gyprock and stud and there is a stud exactly at the centre.

Internal wooden supports holding the metal tracks of the drawers, were originally pre-screwed too low by the manufacturer (Troll baby furniture). Over time and weight of items inside the drawers, this has led to friction when the drawers opened and closed. The drawers now do not open without friction, and the metal tracks are loosely supported internally. We are seeking repair or replacement of the internal MDF support beams, so the tracks and drawers are firmly supported. Re-alignment of the holes for tracks may be required to prevent future friction. Someone handy - Due date: Flexible

Our sliding door is broken! There's a front metal slider that the door is meant to clip into/hang off of (as shown in photos), but we can't get it back in the holes. Also, when I feel the top of the door frame, it appears only one nail or knob is there when I feel like there should be two? The back metal slider works fine, it's just the front one that's come unattached. As a result, the door scratches the ground and makes an awful sound when it's opened unsupported. - Due date: Before Thursday, 23 February 2023
