This job is 2 parts: 1. I need a floor tile secured, it is an old building and it looks like the tile has slipped a little and feels loose to the structure beneath. A handyman will know how to easily fix this issue to secure the tile + grout. 2.Metal panel to be fixed or hammered so it fits into the slot. At the moment it is sticking out and a bit hazardous for customers. Want it hammered or an alternative to make sure it’s safe + flat. Please quote me total after inspection. $30 for inspection of tile and metal piece.

We need a carpenter to please come out and first provide a quote/order materials & then undertake a few handyman tasks: - Fix hinges on bathroom doors - Fix side gate - Fix pull down ladder - Install shelf into cupboard (Budget is negotiated based on final scope)

We need a shower curtain rod install in our shower. We are flexible on providing the rod or it being included in supply costs. Need ~162.5cm

Refit cupboard doors where hinges have come loose and refit drawer fronts that have come off, secure loose wooden clothesline post against fence, remove star screws from back fence, drill hooks for picture into rendered walls, fix flush on 2 toilets so they don't take so long to fill. The door jamb needs to be repaired or replaced as the parts where the hinges are have the wood snapped off. The door and hinges are fine.

A couple bathroom tiles are loose, partly because the shower head above keeps leaking water down on to it, so this also needs fixing. 1 x big white tile needs gluing down and a little red square tile. Perhaps the old tiles underneath have also contributed to the looseness of those on top?

Looking for tradesperson to repair bi-fold door. The door is 20+ years old and we would like to make some basic repairs to it. Door 5, the timber is flaking off and needs to be stuck on and adhered back together as it is being damaged by wear and tear. Door 2, the glass is falling out of the timber socket. It needs to be more secure and fixed into place.

The first one tried fixing the legs previously but they keep coming undone like that The second picture is missing the handle that flips the table up and down

Wardrobe was put together but the 2 vertical sections at the bottom put on back the front & base bit put on upside down. Would like removed & put back the right way around.

Install IKEA bench as splashback. 160mm high. Already have material, just need install. Will need to cut to size, put in place & silicone. See in photos splashback already installed on one wall, just needs to be installed on the other.

Need a locksmith/great handy person to install a new smart lock onto my front door. Current lock is tricky to remove for myself but someone in the know will get through it fine of course.
