Find an experienced handyman in Fitzroy VIC

Looking for a handy person to replace timber skirting along one brick wall. I’ve recently had a gas unit removed and need the skirting along one wall removed and replaced with a similar style. Total length 3490mm. The skirting on each side of the gas unit came out a different width from the wall, thus the need to replace the whole thing - one side has a power outlet embedded in it, and the other side which comes out from the wall more seems to be concealing a copper gas pipe, which could be removed if that makes things easier. It would be ideal if we could have the new skirting be flush against the wall. I’d be happy to go buy the skirting myself after consultation, and will dispose of any waste myself.

This is a ten-minute task for someone with the skills and tools. To fix the supplied bracket, a new wall plug hole needs to be made.

The base of this toilet has come loose and it needs to be re-fixed to the ground. As you can see by the photos the base has been built up. I’m pretty sure the bolts have just come loose in the concrete.

Looking for someone to patch up a 1-metre section of wall that got some water damage. The patch needs to be done with 16mm MDF, which you'll need to supply. See images for reference.
