Fit a security light and solar panel about 2.5 m up. Involves climbing a ladder (which I can supply and support). All other tools supplied.

I need 2 x stainless steel panels drilled to brick and siliconed around the edges - I don't have drill / silicone or bolts but the stainless is pre drilled. Ideally this can be completed this Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.

Assemble 3 extension sections for Billy book cases. Cut a taller skirting board allowance on 4 already assembled Billy bookcases (see photo) - or as part of negotiations, if you have alternative suggestions to workaround this issue. Fix bookcases with extensions (4 altogether; one is already assembled) to each other and to the wall. If you are interested in the task but aren't available until after the suggested date, please let me know.

I need our cornices replaced after kitchen renovation, we still have original cornice. there may need to be some additional plastering/rendering work. Would be great if this could be painted and patched up as well. Open to ideas.

Our rental property has a glass ceiling in the living room making it impossible to sit in during the summer. I’m hoping someone can think of a renter friendly solution to cover part of the glass to provide relief from the sun and hopefully cool the room down a bit. We are open to all solutions you may have in mind and would need the help to install it. We would want it to ideally cover half of the glass panels (likely around 2m)

Odd jobs to be done in an office. - Attach foam wall tiles on brick (30 in total). We used the adhesive provided but it isn't holding - Remove two screws from a brick wall - Tighten a loose toilet seat - Swap kitchen drawer rails with another less used drawer as they won't always stay open - Cut hollow aluminium rods x5 - Install privacy film purchased from Bunnings (6 panes of glass)

The base of this toilet has come loose and it needs to be re-fixed to the ground. As you can see by the photos the base has been built up. I’m pretty sure the bolts have just come loose in the concrete.

Looking for a plumber to reroute some downpipes on the south side of the property. We’re putting in new sliding doors and kitchen windows, and we’d like the pipes moved so they’re out of sight once everything’s installed. Details: - The pipes currently run in front of where the new doors and windows will be, so we need them redirected (see photos for the current setup and the new path marked in green). - You’ll need a ladder to reach everything. Looking for someone to patch up a 1-metre section of wall that got some water damage. The patch needs to be done with 16mm MDF, which you'll need to supply. See images for reference.
