A blind pully string broke and we need it re-threaded. The top of the mechanism is about 3m high, so ladder use will be needed (but can be supplied). We have the string, but the plastic clasp needs replacing.

UPDATE: this is a very simple task, it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. All that is required is 4-6 new screw holes be drilled into wood, and the catdoor frame screwed in place. If you are sending me an offer, please give a breakdown of why you are offering $150+ I need a new cat door frame installed to replace an existing one. The hole etc is all done so should be a simple job. Will most likely need new screw holes drilled and I don’t have the tools for that

Source and install approximately five picture hooks to go in gypsum/lime plaster walls in a mid-century Home in Flemington. We need something sufficient for a couple of large prints that would weigh between 3 and 5kg, plus a few smaller prints. Day and time negotiable. Next two weeks would be great, but not working to a strict schedule.

- reinstall towel rack (it fell down) - install bidet (bought on Amazon) - fix sink tap (the handle comes off) - fix intercom (the handset and button to open the door don’t work)

The lock is very loose and needs the handles removed to remove the covers to tighten it. However there is no obvious way to remove the handle. There is no obvious screw or hex bolt

To fix the right side of the shades as the screws are loose.

Plastic clips attaching 9 of the zig zag springs on our lounge broke. I'm looking for someone who has a spring extender who can attach new metal clips for us, extend the springs again, and replace the dust cover (staple gun?) Springs are in fine shape, it's just the clips that died. Thank you!
