Hi I have a bicycle cargo trailer with seat arm that has snapped off and thinking a pipe that is welded onto the frame that the pipe fits into with one hole to secure it would work. Would have the be where the pipe was severed from before and another longer piece so the pipe doesn't sever due to stress. The existing pipe length is good as my bike is small. Don't need the rubber stopper stand at bottom. My budget is small as on a pension and new bike trailers are cheaper than when I got this one. There is space to use equipment in out common area
