The surface area (the interior cupboard wall) where the rail was attached appears largely intact, with no visible damage or cracks, indicating that only the brackets or rail fittings need repair or replacement. There are currently four mounting brackets holding up the rail and I would like this replaced with six mounting brackets for extra strength - see 'Bedroom wardrobe - Rails have detached from mounted bracket' (3) Front yard - The letter box attached to the fence needs to be raised by 1 meter above the brown fence rail. The stump of the letter box needs to be secured to the ground - see 'letter box raise.jpg' (4) Removal of old grout and Re-grouting in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom of selected wet areas ~ 10 meters - see 'Regrounting - 4 areas.jpg' image for specific details of areas that need regrouting. (5) The hydraulic screen door closer is not working as intended causing the gate to slam shut rather than close slowly. I am seeking to have the hydraulic door closer replaced or repaired so that the door doesn't slam shut - see 'hydraulic door closer.jpg' (6) Shower - I need a little rubber seal to stop water leaking out from the bottom of the shower door (roughly 5 cm in length) - see 'Bathroom - shower seal.jpg'

I’m renovating my kitchen and I’d like to move the kitchen sink from its current location (circled in picture) to an adjacent wall (where the fridge is in the attached picture). Where the sink currently is, I’m putting in a gas stove so I’d like a gas line installed there as well. The house already has a gas connection and the house is split level so the area below the kitchen (where the pipes currently are) is easily accessible. The cabinets and flooring have been demolished already so general access to the pipes is easy.
