Requesting ducted aircon maintenance at two storey duplex (4 bedrooms): maintenance, cleaning, change of filters etc

Have a 60HP inboard Perkins Diesel engine on a boat that has been going through a full restoration. Engine has not been started for 24 months. Need all electrical cables replaced from engine to battery, dashboard (control panel/ignition, gauges etc.) need engine serviced, filters etc. replaced. Boat is currently on a hard stand (not in water) Can provide water for cooling etc. Flexible on time but like this done end of April/early May.

My Daikin wall mounted AC stopped working. Only the fan is working! Need it fixed asap. It’s only 2-3 years old. Our shop is located inside kogarah station.

Moved into new place, Daikin Unit showing error U0-04. I found a Daikin service guide which says "Refrigerant shortage - Outdoor unit (Clogging)" - "This error results from clogging caused somewhere in the refrigerant piping system. Check for a failure to open the stop valve and clogging in the refrigerant system". However I'm not entirely sure if that's correct, it seems right by the other information I've found online too. Model numbers: Indoor unit: 5U7/140 Outdoor unit: 2J6/140 Would like it done next Monday when I'm working from home - but also happy to move things around depending on the urgency of the error.
